Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of pixloraevents.com and provide general conditions for services offered by Pixlora Events LLC (“Pixlora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our Services
Pixlora provides event content creation and interactive experiences, which may include mirror booth experiences, 360 video experiences, guest cameras, photography, video content, digital galleries, prints, and enhancements.
Your accepted proposal and booking agreement identify the services, deliverables, schedule, and pricing included in your booking.
Booking Confirmation and Payments
An inquiry or availability request does not reserve an event date. A booking is confirmed only after we provide written confirmation and receive the required agreement and payment.
Your proposal or booking agreement will state the reservation payment, balance due date, applicable taxes, and additional charges. Changes to services or event requirements may require an updated written agreement.
Client and Venue Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event information and arrange agreed venue access, setup space, electrical power, permissions, and any other requirements identified in the booking agreement.
Please notify us promptly of changes to the event location, schedule, guest count, or venue restrictions. Changes may affect availability, pricing, or our ability to deliver the booked services.
Safe Participation and Equipment
Guests must follow staff instructions and equipment safety requirements. We may pause an experience when necessary to address an immediate safety concern or protect equipment.
Clients may be responsible for documented damage caused by their actions or those of their guests, as provided in the booking agreement. Ordinary wear and equipment faults are excluded.
Event Timing and Additional Services
Service hours, setup arrangements, and delivery deadlines are stated in your booking agreement. Additional time or services require approval and may incur additional charges.
Client- or venue-caused delays do not automatically extend the booked service period.
Content and Delivery
The booking agreement identifies the included content, editing, formats, delivery schedule, and permitted uses. Raw files, project files, additional edits, and specific shots are included only when expressly agreed.
Content depends on guest participation, event conditions, and the services purchased. Clients must have permission to supply logos, music, images, or other materials used in custom content.
Galleries and Downloads
Gallery access is provided for the period stated in your package or booking agreement. Please download and save your content before access expires.
Extended hosting or file recovery may be available by separate arrangement but is not guaranteed.
Content Permissions and Privacy
Event hosts should inform guests about photography, recording, and gallery sharing. Promotional use of identifiable client or guest content requires appropriate permission.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy and your booking agreement describe cancellation, rescheduling, and refund arrangements. Review these documents before confirming a booking.
Website Materials
Pixlora’s branding, website text, designs, and other proprietary materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Rights to event deliverables are addressed in your booking agreement.
Service Issues
Please report service or delivery concerns promptly so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate solution. Remedies depend on the issue, the services affected, the booking agreement, and applicable law.
Governing Law and Agreement Priority
These terms are governed by Florida law, subject to applicable consumer protections.
If these website terms conflict with a separately accepted booking agreement, the booking agreement controls for that event to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Updates
We may update these terms for future website use and bookings. Updates do not retroactively change an existing booking agreement without mutual agreement.
